ORDER PROCESSING:

We issue the purchase orders with technical specifications for each single supplier and afterwards check that the order confirmation complies with the original order. We follow and monitor your order step by step. We compare the client's initial request, the data of the lift project and the technical spec. of the supplier's order confirmation. We check delivery time and issue a single order confirmation including all necessary data and information for the customer's reference.
Our process has been analysed and developed in detail in order to eliminate any mistake and avoid problems on site during the installation phase.

AFTER SALES:

Medialift keeps being your unique reference for the order also after delivery.
Our After-Sales department monitors claims and cases of defect materials, providing immediate correction and support.
Our aim is to assure total quality.

PROMOTION AND COMMUNICATION:

We are constantly committed to promote new products, innovative solutions, environmental friendly alternatives. To this purpose we send out Newsletters, we edit brochures and information leaflets. We develop personalized programs of company promotion, we advertise by architects and building companies in order to increase the lift company's selling opportunities.
